We recommend that customers carefully read the product description before placing an order, especially regarding size, color, and style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The following conditions must be met for a return:
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
For damaged or defective items, please provide a detailed description and clear photos of the problem.

Underwear or personalized/customized products
Clearance items or items purchased with gift cards or store credit
Items with obvious signs of use, including stains, odors (e.g., perfume), deformation, or damaged packaging.
2. Refunds
You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order under the following circumstances:

If the product has obvious quality issues, such as:
Cracked seams or unstitched hems
Broken or loose elastic bands
Damaged hooks or fasteners
In this case, you do not need to return the item, and we will issue a full refund.
🤝 Refunds due to personal reasons:
If there are no quality issues, and the return is due to personal preference (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), we offer two options:
Full refund – if you cover the return shipping costs.
Partial refund (20%-50%) if you choose to keep the item.
Note: Clearance or discounted items with quality defects are eligible for a full refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via your original payment method, depending on your payment service provider.
If your payment method has changed, please inform us in advance.
3. Return and Exchange Policy
We only offer free exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item for personal reasons, please contact us at support@defutasl.com within 60 minutes of placing your order.
If you need to exchange an item within 7 business days of receiving your order, please email us, and we will provide the best solution.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Initiating a return or exchange:
Please send an email to support@defutasl.com, including your order number, reason for return/exchange, and supporting documentation (e.g., photos).
We will provide the nearest return address and further instructions.
🚚 Shipping Costs:
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For items over $10, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
Please contact us with your tracking number, proof of non-delivery, postal stamp, or relevant documents.
We will investigate and assist in locating or compensating for the item.
